1. Our Business Policy
1.1 Scapadona will only have direct contact to the Final Consumer through www.scapadona.com . The Final Consumer is understood to be a person who uses our website only for personal purposes and not for commercial use, for trade or business.

Scapadona retains the right to select its customers and to not proccess any order coming from entities other than Final Consumers.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid, legal Contract which governs offers, transmissions and acceptances of purchase orders relating to products on www.scapadona.com between the Consumers of www.scapadona.com and Scapadona.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions of Sale do not regulate services or product sales performed by third parties existing on www.scapadona.com through links, hypertext links or banners. Scapadona shall not be held liable for any services or sales of products provided by third parties.
2. How to Execute a Contract with us
2.1 To place an order to purchase one or more products on www.scapadona.com , you must fill out the order form on our website and then send it to us electronically, following the relevant instructions.
2.3 An order is considered to be submitted when we receive your order form electronically and the information has been verified as correct.
2.4 We will keep your order form in our data base for the time required to process your order and as provided by law.
2.5 After your order form has been submitted, we will process your order.
2.6 We may not process orders which are verified as incorrect or incomplete, orders where the products are no longer available or orders for which we cannot find sufficient guarantees of solvency. In these cases, we will inform you of the failure to process your order, by mail, on the address you provided usthrough the order form. If a product/some of the products you ordered for purchase is/are no longer available at the time we have received you order form, we will inform you of the unavailability of the product/s within thirty (30) days from the day after we have received your order form. In the case that your order has been processed and the price has been paid for the products not available, we will refund you with the amounts paid for this/these product/s.
2.7 Please take notice that by submitting an order form you automatically accept and undertake our Terms and Conditions of Sale, Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as further conditions contained by www.scapadona.com . If you do not agree with these rules, wholly or partly, please do not submit the order form to purchase products on www.scapadona.com .
3. Guarantees and Product Price Indication
3.1 The main atributes and description of our products are displayed on each product page. We do not guarantee the products correspond with accuracy to the real garments with regard to color, texture, fabrics, size and fitting, due to aspects not related to us, such as digital system tools and options (luminosity, contrast, resolution, and suchlike) or subjectivity of pictures and images.
3.2 Prices are subject to change. Please check the final price before submitting your order form.
3.3 Orders made to adresses where we cannot ship, will not be processed and will be cancelled.
3.4 If the product you ordered came with a tag attached, please do not remove the tag if you wish to return the product you purchased.
3.5 Scapadona retains the right to not accept returns of products where the tag has been removed or the items have been altered from their initial state.
3.6 If a product you received suffers from lack of conformity, you shall inform us about this situation within 14 (fourteen) days from the day when you detected the lack of conformity, inside maximum two (2) months from the day when you received the product. Contact us by mail at contact@scapadona.comregarding this issue. In this case, you may choose between the repair or the replacement of the product. If we consider the remedies are disproportionate or impossible, you are entitled to either require us to make a reduction in the price (in the amount of maximum 20% of the price you initially paid for the product) or to terminate the contract.
4. Payments
4.1 The payment and other relevant costs such as shipping or delivery must be made according to the method indicated on the order form.
4.2 In the case of paying by credit or debit card, your information will be trasmitted to Banca Transilvania or other banks which provide electronic payment services, without other third parties having access to it. This information will be used by us only in terms of processing and completing your payment and for refunds or returns, in case of need.
5. Shipping and Delivery of the Products
5.1 Please note that not all products are in stock at the moment of your order placement. In this case, it may take us up to 14 days to produce and dispatch your order. The shipping time will be added to the production time.

8. Amendments and Update
We may occasionally amend or change these Terms and Conditions of Sale, on account of legislative changes or other reasons.
